If you cannot reach us, you can contact us by SMS, but ONLY as a way to arrange a telephone appointment. A suitable day and time will be communicated for a telephone call.
The final appointment will then be scheduled during a personal phone call, so that all details can be discussed at your convenience.
After making an appointment, a detailed preliminary discussion will be held in a relaxed atmosphere in the studio, preferably over a cup of coffee or a cold drink. I am happy to take the time, as this is the only way to clarify any open questions and I see this as a prerequisite for a successful session. Non-binding discussions can also be arranged. Clarifying questions, advice and a tour of the studio often make it easier to "get started."
Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
Initial appointments are confirmed only after prior arrangement and upon receipt of a deposit. The amount of the deposit will be communicated on a case-by-case basis.
A deposit may be waived for returning guests. Regardless, however, the following applies: Every scheduled appointment is binding, and the reserved time slot is held exclusively for you.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
For cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed fee will be charged.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, as well as for no-shows, the full agreed fee (100%) will be charged.
In the event of a timely cancellation, the deposit will, of course, be credited toward a new appointment. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, it will be offset against the cancellation fee.
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions, regardless of whether a deposit has been paid.
